Presença social em ambientes de escrita coletiva

The interactions in the online education enhance the social presence, characterized by the potential of participation, involvement and visibility of the subjects in relation to themselves, to others and to the environment. This study used a qualitative approach and aims to investigate how the visually impaired individual perceives the social presence in an environment of collective writing. In this paper, we start from a study on interaction and social presence in online education and, in a second moment, assess the potential of the collective writing environment ETC and how it shows the social presence of individuals with visual impairments.
